I’m becoming a real fan of Mrs Dowson’s ice cream. The peardrop flavour is so authentic it transported me back to my childhood and just the other day at Thompson Park in Burnley I sampled ginger biscuit ice cream containing chunks of ginger snaps. Biscuit, Ice cream and Ginger – BIG yums!!

Wow that sounds really yummy Barbara! Think I might have to pop in next time I'm passing. Have you tried their chilli chocolate or Lancashire cheese flavours?
