Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board is devoted to ensuring that when you are out and about, your eating and drinking experiences are the best you can find. That's why we've introduced the Taste Lancashire quality scheme. Places to eat which are awarded Taste Lancashire provide a consistently high quality dining experience and show a commitment to the use of local produce, from tearooms and bistros to pubs and grand hotels and restaurants.
All aspects of business are assessed, from the decor and service, to the food and use of local produce. The Highest Quality Assured Award is given to places to eat achieving ofer 80% in their assessment and the Quality Assured Award to those scoring 60-80%.
