I’m the e-Marketing Manager for Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board which means that I persuade you to discover and love Lancashire in a way that appeals to you.
Favourite Lancashire Food: Morecambe Bay Shrimps, and I love nothing better than to eat them at Todderstaffes Café in Lytham on a Saturday morning.
Best foodie things: Checking out the Farmers Market at Merchant of Hoghton or a lazy nosh at The Highwayman near Kirkby Lonsdale

I am a native Swede who has ended up settling in the beautiful Lancashire countryside after a spell on the South Coast in Brighton. I look after ICT and New Media for Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board and am happily eating my way through Lancashire.
Favourite Lancashire eating out places: The Inn at Whitewell, the White Bull at Ribchester, Food by Breda Murphy in Whalley and Yu & You in Copster Green.

I'm responsible for marketing the wonderfully varied Lancashire countryside and all the great things to do in it - from walking and cycling through the Forest of Bowland to eating fabulously tasty Lancashire food. Loves home cooking almost as much as eating out!
Favourite Lancashire dish: I can’t decide…. Morecambe bay potted shrimps on hot buttered toast, freshly battered fish and chips or traditional black pudding with lashings of tomato sauce!
Favourite eatery: Three Fishes and Inn at Whitewell

My role at The Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board is Visitor Information Coordinator. My job includes adding content to the Visit Lancashire websites such as events and attractions and making sure all the content is correct and update to date.
My spare time usually involves eating and drinking with my family and friends. We love going to the Italian Bistro, Venturellis, in my home town of Darwen. During the week I often find myself in Booths most lunch times and I cant wait for the weather to become a little warmer so I can enjoy some yummy Frederick’s ice cream for a treat!

As the Promotions Co-ordinator at Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board I have a very varied role within the Marketing Team. From sending out monthly e-newsletters to attending trade exhibitions, no two days are ever the same! As a Yorkshire born lass I have had to endure many a dig from ‘the other side of the Pennine’s’ about my role in promoting Lancashire but I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised in what the county has to offer (but ssh don’t say anything). The varied food on offer here really means you can create quite a culinary journey through the region.
My favourite Lancashire foodie bits: Bowland Lamb – especially served in the bar at The Millstone at Mellor, Lancashire Cheese (the stronger the better)
My Lancashire foodie wish list: A lazy lunch at The Three Fishes or the Inn at Whitewell, A special treat at Northcote Manor’s Michelin star restaurant…

I am the new Taste Lancashire Executive, responsible for co-ordinating all things food and drink in Lancashire over the next year and beyond. I’m not a native Lancashire lass either, hailing from Holywood in Northern Ireland, but having settled in the county nearly 15 years ago, I can’t imagine wanting to live anywhere else.
Favourite Lancashire place to eat: Ninos Italian restaurant in Rawtenstall, great Italian fayre and flare!
Favourite Lancashire food and drink: traditional Lancashire Black Pudding with crumbly Lancashire Cheese melted on top; black beer and raisin from Fitzpatrick's Temperance Bar.
