Oh how I love HotShot days. The anticipation of what I’m having for dinner that evening keeps my taste buds alive all day. Tonight’s feast at The Penny Street Bridge Hotel, Lancaster features pan-fried scallops and venison fillet. Will I be able to wait until 7.30?
