It’s here! Our 15th ‘Obsession’ and a landmark thirty years in business for both Craig and myself. 2014 ticked by and ‘Obsession 15’ approached I felt the need to plan something very special, so why not go global? My team and I set about planning an event with the objective of taking your breath away!
Obsession has grown from just 4 chefs in 2000, to 27 chefs this year, including both Lisa and myself. Our guest chefs have travelled from the four corners of the globe and I feel very proud and excited that we have attracted such an amazing international line up for you this year.
‘Obsession’ was started initially to create something different for our customers and brighten up January! It’s also great for the staff, helps with education, motivation, inspires them in hospitality and finally, it really is a lot of fun.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team at Northcote for always giving their best and doing a fantastic job, my loyal and excellent suppliers and our sponsors. And most importantly, to you, our customers, for helping Craig and I create a very special event.
