Get the fright of your life this October at Farmaggedon scare attraction and prepare yourself for a spine-tingling and chilling experience.
Celebrating their 10th anniversary of terror and scary antics, Farmaggedon is back bigger and better than ever! Buried within the bowels of ‘Terror on the Farm’ there is a new addition called The Foundry – a dark and damp factory swarmed with haunted howling’s and terrible stenches. But watch out for the resident zombies and faceless creatures that lurk around The Foundry within.
This dark and isolated farm looked haunted and bewildered as we approached the attraction. The aura of Farmaggedon felt chilling like you were walking into a real scary movie or what nightmares were made of. Suspense was building as we wondered what might be encountered on this journey of horror. Screaming was heard from afar in the farm and a real sense of mystery and suspense was felt.
Farmaggedon now has 3 interactive scare houses, Contagion 3D, Terror on the Farm and The Meat Locker plus paintball experience, Zombie Outlaw.
Contagion 3D
Meandering corridors and mind-boggling effects Contagion really messes with all your senses as this toxic house is filled with disfigured bodies and twisted souls. Shadows and outlines of bodies lurk amongst the walls as different imagery plays tricks on you – you don’t what to believe. Strange tunnels make your mind dizzy as nothing quite seems the same. (Rumour has it, a toxic by -product has leaked into the water system and has begun to have an infecting effect on all those in the area.)
Terror on the Farm incorporating The Foundry
Dark, damp and downright scary. Ludicrous creatures in caged surroundings armed with chainsaws leaned through the crevices. Machinery whirling and outlandish screaming was heard as some Foundry workers has bared the brunt of dangerous goings on with limbs lodged in machinery.
The Meat Locker
Stenches of terrible flesh-rotting odours sent chills down my spine and goose bumps on my arms. Intimidating creatures and monsters swarmed the house giving us unruly looks as we eagerly continued through the house.
Zombie Outlaw (paintball experience)
This interactive and somewhat ‘mission like’ paintball experience takes you deep into the dark fields and wastelands of Farmaggedon where possessed zombies were waiting for us, hiding in the long grass. Equipped with paint-ball guns and ammunition on a tractor trailer we progressed closer to the zombies as they suddenly jumped out getting closer to the trailer. The only way to stop these raging zombies was a shot to the head, some of them were wielding chainsaws that made the most spine-chilling noise of the night.
Overall, Farmaggedon was an adrenaline-pumping, thrilling and fantastic spine-chilling experience, perfect for Halloween. The whole attraction really captures the complete essence of horror and scary goings-on as it is so life-like and surreal! Farmaggedon is definitely for not for younger children, young adults you will certainly have a great night!
